Dear Real Estate Consortium,
How can I begin this letter? I've had my property for almost 25 years, and almost lost it to foreclosure. If that happened, I would've lost my equity and still owe Uncle Sam for the captial gains taxes (around $115,000 worth) !

I was losing my home and I was getting 30 letters a day in the post. I got this blue one and kept going back to it.
I called and made an appointment to see Stevie and Pauline.
But the morning of the meeting I called and cancelled and told them I had worked it out.
the reason. i was scared. i was always told if it seems to good to be true it usually is.
Then my daughter came over and I told her i was losing the house and had an appointment to speak to some one but cancelled, she asked who it was and I showed her the letter from Property Solutions of America Inc. she said " Mom don't youi know who this is? "
I said no she said " that's the people who helped us, they are the such lovely people you need to call back right now and make another appointment"
So I did and from that moment everything seemed so easy. I got updates as soon as they heard anything or needed something else.
They got me a a forbearance plan with the bank, some thing I had been asking for for 4 months they did in 3 weeks.
So after all that was done, I am still in my house that I have had for 23 years and have made new friends too.
I am part of their family they say.
This company should be a national help program backed by congress. They have my vote.
